Processing time is between 3-5 business days. Once processed, all packages are shipped standard first class mail (2-3 business days).

Self defense keychains are considered hazardous materials and are shipped by Ground only and will take 4-8 business days.

 At this time, if you live in the following  locations, we simply can't fulfill your online self defense keychain order with pepper spray due to state law and shipping restrictions ( a refund will be issued for the amount of the pepper spray).

Once we provide a tacking number Valglam is no longer held responsible for your package. If your items are lost, stolen or damaged please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.
