We will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
Items sent back to us will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund.
Customs, Duties and TaxesFor international orders, we will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
